New Years Resolutions
Every December 31st is a time to reflect and seek out how you will improve your life in the year to come. I haven’t made resolutions in a few years, but back when I did they were usually to become more organized, to practice something more often, or to quit biting my nails. Still working on that last one…but this year my resolution is to blog. I would say my resolution is to try it out, but I’m going to go full force ahead and set my goal to keep up with it for an entire year. A public, online blog; talk about accountability.
In other New Years news I did see the star filled movie New Years Eve this week. Is it as good as Valentine’s Day? No, not really, but it is definitely worth seeing, if not for the pure reason that both Zac Efron and Josh Duhamel are in it. I couldn’t help but compare this movie to Valentine’s Day the whole time I was watching. The romantic story lines aren’t as strong, but the diversity of the different characters keeps you more interested than Valentine’s Day did.
And finally, as the big night approaches, just one night away, I did a little online shopping to put together the perfect New Years Eve looks. I truly believe that if there was a sequin holiday, New Years Eve would be it.
